"Premiercare" is the trading name of Premiercare Insurance Brokers (UK) Ltd following mergers of a small group of insurance brokers. The original two companies, London & Provincial Insurance Brokers Ltd and Truman Pearson & Bailey Ltd merged. Since then a number of acquisitions have been made, which has enhanced the status of the group and its products and services.
Premiercare is a member of The Broker Network Ltd and The British Insurance Brokers Association, the largest trade body, with Roger Bailey, our Managing Director having served at both regional and national level. The current management team has insurance experience in excess of 65 years.
All our clients are important to us, irrespective of size. We offer a quality of service to clients who believe that service is all important. Competitive premiums are also important, but it is essential to obtain good quality service. This service is backed by excellent products, and provided by names, which are financially secure in the insurance market. Similar comments may not necessarily always be applied to other brokers.
In addition, we like to review our clients' needs with them, at least annually, in the light of changes in matters such as legislation, the insurance market or their own business. To do this, we prefer to make annual visits to our commercial clients' premises, or if this is not possible, then at least a telephone review. Where required, we will arrange visits during the currency of the covers.
Once the covers have been arranged and policies issued, we supply, where relevant, a register of insurances giving a brief synopsis of the portfolio of insurances. This saves clients the time consuming task of looking through policies when perhaps all they need is to be aware of current sums insured or Liability Indemnity limits.
